Nagabali/Narayanbali:The scriptures prescribe performing Narayanbali and Nagabali rituals to alleviate ancestral sins. Families whose members or ancestors have not been properly cremated, offered Pind Daan, and offered Tarpan, incur ancestral sins in their future generations. Such individuals’ entire lives are filled with suffering unless Narayanbali is performed for their ancestors. Narayanbali is performed to alleviate the suffering caused by the ghost world. Such sins arise from the sudden death of a family member, suicide, drowning, burning in a fire, or an accident.

This ritual can be performed by anyone who wishes to receive the blessings of their ancestors. Those whose parents are alive can also perform this ritual. This ritual should be performed with the wife for the attainment of children, growth of the family, freedom from debt, and the removal of obstacles in work. If the wife is not alive, this ritual can be performed without the wife for the salvation of the family. We perform it according to Vedic rituals.
