Shraddha: Shraddha is a ritual performed in Hinduism and other Indian religions to express respect and gratitude to and remember our ancestors. The belief behind this ritual is that we owe an irrepayable debt to the ancestors who are responsible for our existence today and from whom we have inherited qualities and skills. Our ancestors are revered and are performed according to Vedic rituals.
